Note: we are currently number 1 in google.com for Dordogne gites, number 2 for Dordogne. Our partner site is number 1 for Lot-et-Garonne. We already have a great deal of targetted site visitors looking to visit the region.

Rules and Regulations

1) Your property must be in one of these two departments: Dordogne or Lot-et-Garonne

2)  We don't currently permit direct links to your own or any other website from your advert. If you add these in your text your advert will NOT be approved (these can be added at a cost of 50 euros per year.)

3) Please add as much useful information about the property and immediate region as possible. Very short adverts (ie less than 150 words about the property or less than 150 words about the location) will not usually be approved because these rarely produce results.

4) You can add more than one property, for example if you have a gite complex or own several different properties. Each property has a 'stand-alone' advert but mention should be made of the fact there are other properties! All your properties will show under your own 'Owner' listing.

5) Each property has an availability schedule. Please use it if possible, it makes life much easier for people searching for a holiday rental and reduces the time you spend telling people the property is already booked.
